With the increase of Chinese consumers' purchasing power, their demand for dietary diversity and convenience continues to evolve, leading to increasingly specialised dining scenarios. Consequently, the seasoning market exhibits characteristics of numerous brands and diverse product categories, especially the trend of B-end catering chain and C-end “core family”, which drives the development of seasoned food.
With 54,500 new registrations of catering relevant enterprises in Shenzhen in 2023, surpassing Beijing and Shanghai, compared with 2022, it grown by 42.3%.
